16750 matte dial w/ no WG surrounds? i had one that was a 8.1xx.xxx and that is a large gap for a 3 yr production. thanks =)

hi my friend,

difficult to say ... i mean, it is possible, the 16750 started about 1978/79, so, why not,
maybe it is the first ... ;)
