Because this one have start vibrate a little alarming in the transmission.

So I pull off the gearbox and what did I found?

A lot of rubber from the dual mass flywheel and the reason is this car have problem
is the tuning chip I have that get me 25 hp's extra.

It's broken and the rubber that should give the cluth a smooth feeling is gone.

So a new flywheel will made it and I put on a new cluth too because I will sell it very
soon and it feel better if everything is fresh.

Now I have to put back the gearbox and the car is like new again.

Nice job Jocke - but how do you take care that the rubber ring will work this time? Donīt you still have the extra 25hp? :grb:

you think is was because of the 25 extra hp?
isn't that in the tolerances of these gear parts?

Thanks my friend.

I still have the extra hp's, but it's for sale so the next owner have to decide
if he will go back to orginal.

Yes the problem is the torque is too high, I've heard it's possible
to convert it with a Passat/Audi flywheel from a 170hp TDI.
But I'm going to sell it so I haven't dig deeper in it.

I have a Caddy-R 130 hp (that will be 170 hp :rofl:) on order so
it will be interesting to see how that will end.
