A rainbow Tudor MilSub…

There is no watch that excites us more here at Bulang and Sons than a fresh to market Marine Nationale-issued Tudor Submariner.
This is a classic blue snowflake Submariner reference 9401 in good, but well-used condition…just how we love them. This watch is from a correct batch of watches, as identified by the serial number that fits perfectly with other MN-issued Tudors.

This watch has a very unusual dial in that the all-original tritium lume plots have aged to different shades…like a rainbow! The hands have been stabilized at some point, which is very common with these watches, which has prevented the lume from aging like the dial. The bezel is exactly what every Tudor collector wants; faded to a sea blue hue…stunning! The case is strong and there is no evidence that a bracelet was ever fitted, which is another important point for MilSub fans.

Do you need any more tempting? With the recent release of the Tudor Pelagos FXD and some new key information about the Tudor and French Navy relationship, there has never been a hotter time to own an MN! The movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
