Is that all you have to say? No more discussion?
It is difficult for new people to reply.

1. They must register to post and Administrator approval takes time.

2. The registration procedure is in German. That will prevent many from joining.

3. All the buttons to reply and edit posts are in German. That will also discourage people from replying. (Maybe they do not know which buttons to press)

So, not many replies.

any chances to change some of this points ? specially #2 and #3 seem not impossible ...
